Send me your PO. Email it to contact@createbetterwriters.com. Attach your district's PO, or fill in the order form on page 2 of the price list and send that. Email is the route I check daily.

I invoice you Net 30. The invoice goes out with the order. Payment due within 30 days of order's delivery.

Tax-Exempt Orders
Email your exemption certificate to contact@createbetterwriters.com, and I will set your school up so tax is removed before invoicing. Once it is on file it applies automatically to future orders — you only send the certificate once.
Two things to know if you check out online rather than sending a PO:

The exemption is tied to an exact email address. Order with the same email you sent the certificate from, or the tax will apply.

Tax exemption does not apply through PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Pay by card, or send a purchase order instead.
W-9 and Vendor Registration
The W-9 is available on request — ask in the same email and it comes back the same week.
If your district requires a vendor application before it can issue payment, send it over and I will complete it.
Classroom Sets and Student Consumables
The Teacher Edition is the program — over a hundred lessons, unit tests, answer keys and mastery checklists. You buy one per teacher.
The Student Consumable is every worksheet from that edition in a write-in book, one per student, with no tests or answer keys. It is the item schools reorder every year, and it is what stops your copier running class sets each week.

Before You Commit
Free sample pages are available for every title on the product pages. If content suitability has to clear a review committee, download them first — or email, me and I will send whatever your committee needs to see.
Printed books may be returned in resalable condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund (minus 25% fee). eBooks are final once the files have been delivered.
