Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours for all mailed items. Workshop registration can be cancelled for a full refund within 72 hours of the workshop.

Customers need to contact us by email in order to request a refund. Contact needs to be made within 15 days of receipt of product. All non-defective merchandise will incur a 20% restocking fee.
